COLOR CHART • TILE TYPE & SIZE

Decorating with a single color/undertone might seem drab, but in fact, the end result can be stunning.

The Murals, Wraparounds, and Singles make a statement but don’t overpower the architecture. They create a stage for details, organic and unique elements, textures, and subtle touches of color.

Monochromatic spaces, which are those decorated with shades of one main color, are a popular trend in interior design, with good reason. Layering shades of color with a common hue not only creates a stunning look.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. If you have any doubt as to color or quality you should purchase a sample tile at a regular price before placing your final order.

The image colors on this website are Designers Choice Tile color creations and may or may not match any other manufactures product color selection. For best results use color contrast instead of color matching when planning your design with other manufactures tile products.

There will be an additional charge for cross palate color mixing.

CERAMIC TILE

4.25″ x 4.25″ x .25″  •  6″ x 6″x .25″ • 8″ x 8″ x .25″  •  12″ x 12″ x .25″

Dura Satin Finish ceramic tile has the resilience and scratch-resistance of a matte tile, but with a semi-gloss finish.

Applications
These tiles may be used in backsplashes, showers, or wall murals in any room in residential or commercial buildings. They are not recommended for floor, countertop, or exterior applications.

Installation/Maintenance Tips
You may use any commercially available adhesive for ceramic tile. We recommend unsanded grout. Tiles can be cleaned with any household non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge.

TEXTURED GLASS

6″ x 6″ x 3/16″ • 12″ x 12″ x 3/16″

Tempered & Non-Tempered Textured Glass Tile

These textured glass tiles are the first dye-sublimation tiles to meet and exceed ASTM tests set forth by ANSI standards for commercial and residential wall and light floor applications. Images are applied to the backside of the glass to protect the dyes from wear and abrasion.

Applications

These tiles may not be used in any exterior application. Tempered glass tiles cannot be cut, so for applications where cutting is necessary (corners, holes, etc. in floor installations), you would order non-tempered tile. Tempering is added to the larger tiles for strength. The 6″ x 6″ tiles meet the ANSI and ASTM standards above without tempering. The 12″ x 12″ tiles are offered in tempered and non-tempered.

Installation/Maintenance Tips

For 12″ tile installations, you would want to use the tempered tiles except where cutting is needed. Image the non-tempered tile prior to cutting, as pre-cut tile may fracture during pressing. The non-tempered tile may be cut with a glass cutter, or a tile saw (wet saw application, diamond blade), or using a waterjet cutting service (check your local vendors).

We recommend CEG-Lite 100% Solids commercial epoxy grout by Custom Building Products, in White for mounting the textured glass tile in any application. This adhesive should be readily available in most areas and has exhibited superior bond strength without damaging the SingleStep white backing on the tiles. If CEG-Lite is not available, any Epoxy mortar in white will work. You should use a grout specifically formulated for use with glass tile. Tiles can be cleaned with any household non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge.

***Only white epoxy can be used to install glass tiles with the SingleStep white backing. All other tile setting materials will damage the coating on the back of the glass.
